Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and bakery items with consistency and attention to detail.
- Lead shift execution, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and minimizing waste.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Train and support new team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Uphold strict hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in merchandising and maintaining the café’s aesthetic appeal, including display setups and cleanliness.
- Contribute to promotional activities, such as seasonal menu launches or community events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a barista, server, or in a customer-facing hospitality role.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, equipment, and latte art (training provided for the right candidate).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and stay composed under pressure.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to accuracy.
- Passion for food and beverage, with a keen eye for quality and presentation.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts as needed.
