Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, testing, commissioning, and calibration of various F&B machinery and kitchen equipment.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical faults efficiently to minimize client downtime.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance checks and servicing of equipment at client locations.
- Provide technical support, advice, and professional customer service to F&B operators and kitchen staff.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and components, ensuring tools and equipment are kept in good working order.
- Complete accurate service reports, maintenance logs, and job completion paperwork in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all workplace health, safety, and environment regulations during service operations.
Qualifications
- NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience in repairing and servicing F&B machinery, commercial kitchen appliances, or electronic equipment is highly advantageous.
- Strong foundational knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring diagrams, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a methodical, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
