Responsibility
- Assist in the safe installation, pulling, laying, and securing of fiber optic and copper communication cables.
- Perform essential civil works tasks, including excavation, trenching, backfilling, and site clearing.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and heavy equipment safely to and from active worksites.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely under the supervision of the site engineer or team lead.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free job site in strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, technicians, and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a laborer, helper, or construction worker, preferably in telecom or utility projects.
- Excellent physical stamina and strength, with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor in outdoor environments.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment used in construction and cabling works.
- A strong work ethic, high level of reliability, and a commitment to safe working practices.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately from team leads and project managers.
- Residing in or willing to travel to project sites in Las Piñas City and nearby areas in Metro Manila.
