Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Diagnose equipment failures using advanced troubleshooting techniques and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure machinery compliance with safety and performance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute maintenance schedules with minimal disruption to operations.
- Document all maintenance activities, including repair logs, parts replacements, and service reports.
- Provide technical training and guidance to junior engineers and operational staff on machinery handling and safety protocols.
- Source and manage spare parts inventory to ensure timely availability for repairs and replacements.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in industrial maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. Diploma holders with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance, preferably in manufacturing or heavy equipment sectors.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving equipment issues.
- Ability to work independently or in a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to client sites across Bali as required.
