Responsibility
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of company vehicles and facilities.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, ensuring timely procurement and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies related to facility and equipment maintenance.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including reports and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in facilities and equipment maintenance, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle mechanics, electrical systems, and facility management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
