Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of complex PPP infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee multi-disciplinary engagement teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and financial modeling for project viability.
- Liaise with government agencies, private sector partners, and stakeholders to secure project approvals and funding.
- Drive strategic planning and resource allocation to optimize project outcomes.
- Monitor project performance, mitigating risks and resolving challenges proactively.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project development, with a focus on PPP or infrastructure projects.
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and complex mandates.
