Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction activities and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Direct and supervise on-site workers, subcontractors, and laborers to maintain productivity and quality.
- Enforce strict safety standards and conduct regular site inspections to mitigate hazards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor material deliveries and inventory to prevent shortages or delays.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly and escalate concerns to management as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of daily progress, incidents, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with construction software and project management tools is a plus.
- Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., OSHA) is highly desirable.
- Physical stamina to work in outdoor and demanding environments.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to multiple sites as needed.
