Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, electrical systems, and automation equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, PLC, and hydraulic system failures to minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of all equipment.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot technical issues and improve machinery efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical wiring, control panels, and safety systems to comply with industry standards.
- Program, test, and modify PLC systems to enhance automation and process control.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and documentation for all repairs and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, OSHA standards, and company policies in all maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field (Diploma with relevant experience may be considered).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, or automation (preferably in manufacturing/packaging).
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Mitsubishi) and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, motors, and control circuits.
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
