Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive project execution plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies to maintain schedule and quality standards.
- Prepare and review technical specifications, drawings, and tender documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and engineering standards.
- Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiations, and material sourcing.
- Generate progress reports and presentations for senior management and clients, highlighting key milestones and challenges.
- Collaborate with the design and construction teams to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in the oil and gas, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects from planning to execution.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards (e.g., API, ASME, ISO) and local regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing project scopes.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali and travel to project sites as required.
