Responsibility
- Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service to guests in compliance with company standards.
- Assist in setting up, maintaining, and breaking down dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Ensure all dining and kitchen support areas are clean, sanitized, and organized according to health and safety regulations.
- Restock supplies such as napkins, condiments, and utensils to maintain seamless service operations.
- Support kitchen staff by washing dishes, disposing of waste, and preparing ingredients as needed.
- Monitor and report any maintenance or supply shortages to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a cohesive and positive guest experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in food service, hospitality, or a related field (entry-level candidates with strong work ethic are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (certification is a plus).
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to assist in various tasks.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
