Responsibility
- Assemble, configure, and deploy server racks and related hardware components according to technical specifications.
- Perform comprehensive testing and debugging of server systems to identify and resolve hardware or connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of server infrastructure with existing networks.
- Document test results, troubleshooting steps, and solutions in detailed technical reports.
- Maintain inventory of server components, tools, and spare parts, ensuring availability for rapid deployment.
- Adhere to industry standards and safety protocols for handling sensitive semiconductor and IT equipment.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of data center environments, including cable management and cooling systems.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for server-related inquiries and emergencies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of server hardware, networking principles, and data center operations.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, testing, or assembling IT equipment is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
- Physical stamina to lift and maneuver server racks and components (up to 20-25 kg).
- Excellent communication skills in English to collaborate with international teams.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali, with potential for on-call or shift-based schedules.
