Responsibility
- Configure, maintain, and optimize ITSM tools such as BMC Remedy/Helix to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement ITSM workflows and automation processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ITSM tool functionality and performance.
- Develop and maintain documentation for ITSM processes, configurations, and best practices.
- Train end-users and IT staff on the effective use of ITSM tools and features.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Ensure compliance with IT service management standards and frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline IT service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an ITSM Tool Specialist or similar role, with hands-on experience in BMC Remedy/Helix.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and ITSM best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in scripting or automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
- Certifications in ITIL or BMC Remedy/Helix are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
