Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain the company’s hybrid infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Implement and manage security measures to protect systems and data from cyber threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and initiatives.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Optimize infrastructure resources to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, including hybrid environments.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, server management, and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus.
