Responsibility

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the product roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive product development and launch.
  • User-Centric Design: Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and iterate on product features to enhance usability and satisfaction.
  • Agile Development: Oversee sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and feature delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Performance Metrics: Track KPIs (e.g., adoption, retention, revenue) and use data insights to refine product strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Present product updates, gather requirements, and align priorities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
  • Go-to-Market Planning: Work with marketing teams to develop launch strategies, messaging, and user acquisition campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: 3+ years as a Product Manager, Digital Product Owner, or similar role in a tech-driven environment.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), APIs, and modern tech stacks (e.g., cloud platforms, mobile apps).
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau) and A/B testing frameworks.
  • Agile Expertise: Hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile methodologies.
  • UX/UI Collaboration: Ability to work closely with designers to create intuitive, visually appealing product interfaces.
  • Business Mindset: Strong understanding of P&L, ROI, and how product decisions impact revenue and customer value.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills to articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
