Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain robust cybersecurity frameworks for healthcare systems
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)
- Develop and deliver security awareness training programs
- Monitor security systems and respond to incidents in real-time
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security best practices
- Lead security audits and risk assessments
- Stay updated on emerging threats and security technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in healthcare
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and encryption technologies
- Experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection solutions
