Responsibility
- Identify and research potential clients in the IT industry, with a focus on Cantonese-speaking markets.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn engagement.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead statuses in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation performance, including conversion rates and ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to refine outreach strategies.
- Attend virtual meetings and presentations to represent Teleperformanceâs IT solutions to potential clients.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Cantonese and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation) is a plus.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
