Responsibility
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth integration of technology systems and minimize downtime.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployment-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Document deployment processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure deployed solutions meet client requirements and performance standards.
- Assist in training end-users on new technology solutions and provide ongoing support as needed.
- Monitor deployment progress and report any issues or delays to project managers.
- Maintain inventory of deployment assets and ensure proper handling and tracking of equipment.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support, system deployment, or a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and network configurations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and clients.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and document processes accurately.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or similar are a plus.
