Responsibility
- Lead vulnerability management initiatives, including identification, assessment, and remediation of security vulnerabilities.
- Monitor and analyze security threats and incidents, providing timely responses and mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential risks and recommend improvements.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance overall security posture.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security measures into systems and applications.
- Manage and maintain security tools and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection solutions.
- Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to ensure proactive defense strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on security operations and incident response.
- Strong knowledge of vulnerability management, threat monitoring, and security assessment methodologies.
- Experience with security tools and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection solutions.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and standards, such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond effectively to security incidents.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH, are a plus.
