Responsibility
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud systems.
- Ensure robust cybersecurity protocols to protect company data and mitigate risks.
- Oversee IT budgeting, vendor negotiations, and procurement of hardware/software solutions.
- Develop and execute IT policies, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity strategies.
- Manage a high-performing IT team, fostering collaboration, skill development, and performance metrics.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including automation, AI integration, and scalable tech solutions.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive upgrades.
- Liaise with cross-functional departments to align IT projects with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Strong knowledge of ITIL, ISO 27001, or other industry-standard frameworks.
- Experience managing IT budgets, vendor relationships, and compliance audits.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, PMP, or ITIL are a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
