Responsibility
- Lead and manage a high-performing ICT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategic IT plans aligned with organizational goals to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and software applications.
- Ensure robust cybersecurity measures and data protection protocols are in place and regularly updated.
- Monitor IT budgets, optimize resource allocation, and provide cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Mentor and train team members, promoting professional growth and technical expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify technology needs and deliver scalable solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the organization at the forefront of digital transformation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven 5+ years of experience in IT leadership, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong expertise in network administration, system integration, and IT infrastructure management.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or ITIL) and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills with a strategic mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and enterprise software.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and engage stakeholders.
- Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CCNA, or ITIL are highly advantageous.
