Responsibility
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing Cartrack's fleet management solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose tailored technical solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling technical proposals, RFP responses, and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
- Provide pre-sales support, including system architecture design, integration planning, and feasibility assessments.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies in IoT and telematics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Assist in training and onboarding new clients to ensure smooth adoption of Cartrack's solutions.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or solutions engineering, preferably in IoT, telematics, or fleet management.
- Strong understanding of GPS tracking, telemetry, and fleet management systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and API integrations is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous.
