Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of AI-powered diagnostic solutions in clinics across Malaysia, ensuring timely and efficient deployment.
- Develop and execute adoption strategies to maximize user engagement and minimize resistance to new technologies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, IT teams, and vendors to integrate AI tools into existing clinical workflows.
- Conduct training sessions and create user-friendly documentation to support clinic staff in utilizing AI solutions effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented AI systems, gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology adoption, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing solutions to enhance adoption rates.
- Analyze adoption metrics and prepare reports to demonstrate ROI and impact on clinical operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, healthcare IT, or digital transformation, with a focus on technology adoption.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and scaling software or AI solutions in healthcare settings.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, electronic health records (EHR), and diagnostic processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in change management, training, and user support within healthcare environments.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their applications in healthcare is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong collaboration with global teams.
