Responsibility
- Provide exceptional guest service with a friendly, professional demeanor in a high-volume setting.
- Take and process orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery to kitchen and bar teams.
- Handle cash and digital transactions with precision, balancing registers at the end of shifts.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, hosts, and bartenders to ensure seamless service flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and cashier workspaces.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and company service standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Server, Cashier, or in a similar hospitality role (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in order accuracy and financial transactions.
- Basic math and POS system proficiency for cash handling and reporting.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/carry moderate weights (e.g., trays, supplies).
