Responsibility
- Assist in the daily operations of the salon, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Shadow and support the Salon Manager in team supervision, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
- Learn and assist in inventory management, including product ordering, stock control, and supplier coordination.
- Participate in training sessions on salon software, POS systems, and administrative tools.
- Help organize and execute promotional events, marketing campaigns, and client loyalty programs.
- Monitor salon cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with stylists and therapists to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong passion for the beauty and wellness industry with a keen interest in salon management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and salon management software is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a hands-on training program.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
