Responsibility
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations across multiple properties, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to brand standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and guest-centric service.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., occupancy rates, guest satisfaction scores, revenue) to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with department heads (e.g., F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping) to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and resolve operational challenges.
- Develop and implement innovative guest engagement strategies to elevate the overall experience and drive repeat business.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies across all properties.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement to optimize costs without compromising quality.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and stakeholder meetings to build brand visibility and partnerships.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in hospitality management, with at least 2 years in an Assistant General Manager or similar leadership role.
- Proven track record in operations, team leadership, and guest satisfaction within the luxury or upscale hospitality sector.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- In-depth knowledge of hospitality software (e.g., PMS, POS, CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
