Responsibility
- Provide attentive, personalized service to guests, ensuring a seamless dining or hospitality experience.
- Take accurate orders, process payments efficiently, and handle cash transactions with precision.
- As a Captain, lead and coordinate the service team, ensuring smooth operations during peak hours.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace in compliance with hygiene standards.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Assist in training new team members and maintaining service excellence standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (server, cashier, or hospitality captain).
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and POS system operations.
- Certification in food safety or hospitality is advantageous.
