As the first point of contact for guests, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping their stay, ensuring seamless check-ins, personalized service, and resolution of any inquiries. Responsibility
- Welcome and register guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in/out process.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing using property management systems (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with prompt, courteous, and effective solutions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with hotel policies.
- Provide local area recommendations (dining, attractions, transport) to enhance the guest experience.
- Uphold brand standards for appearance, grooming, and service delivery at all times.
- Assist in emergency procedures (e.g., medical incidents, evacuations) as trained.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, customer service, or hospitality role (luxury hotels/resorts preferred).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in PMS software (e.g., Opera, Amadeus) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous.
- Eligibility to work in Indonesia (work permit sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates).
