Responsibility

  • Perform expert butchery, including cutting, trimming, and portioning meat to specifications.
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and adhere to food safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal menus and special offerings.
  • Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels for meat and ingredients.
  • Train and mentor junior staff in cooking and butchery techniques.

Qualifications
