Responsibility
- Assist in the daily operations of F&B outlets, ensuring smooth service and high guest satisfaction.
- Support the management team in planning, organizing, and executing events and promotions.
- Learn and apply best practices in inventory management, cost control, and vendor negotiations.
- Develop leadership skills by supervising and mentoring junior staff under guidance.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., kitchen, front desk, housekeeping) to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Prepare reports and presentations on operational performance and customer feedback.
- Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of hospitality standards and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong passion for the F&B and hospitality industry with a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory software, or hospitality management tools is advantageous.
- Willingness to work a 6-day work week and flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
