Responsibility

  • Oversee daily operations of the patisserie, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage inventory, supply chain, and vendor relationships to optimize cost and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain product consistency and innovation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management within the hospitality or F&B industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, and financial reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP, and local regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
