Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to the highest standards.
- Ensure all linens, towels, and amenities are replenished and presented neatly.
- Conduct deep cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
- Report and address maintenance issues (e.g., broken fixtures, leaks) promptly to the management team.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols in compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocks as needed.
- Provide exceptional service with a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Housekeeper, Room Attendant, or Cleaning Staff in hotels, resorts, or similar establishments.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining impeccable cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks (e.g., lifting, bending, standing for extended periods).
- Knowledge of safe chemical handling and proper use of cleaning equipment.
- Fluency in English (basic Indonesian/Bahasa is a plus).
- Willingness to adapt to flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
