Responsibility
- Lead and manage the outlet team to deliver outstanding customer service and operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, health regulations, and safety protocols.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals and career development.
- Monitor and analyze outlet performance metrics, providing reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the outlet and attract new customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
