Responsibility

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant outlets, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance revenue, profitability, and brand reputation.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of F&B staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
  • Monitor inventory, cost control, and budget management to optimize financial performance.
  • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen teams to maintain high culinary standards and innovative menu offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all outlets.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local partners to support business growth.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in service and offerings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in luxury hotels or fine-dining restaurants.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage large teams.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
  • In-depth knowledge of F&B trends, wine pairings, and service etiquette.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the hospitality industry.
