Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Oversee daily outlet operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive foot traffic, increase sales, and enhance customer loyalty.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and product quality in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to ensure staff development and engagement.
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and HR-related tasks, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to support business growth.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
