Responsibility
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services to ensure exceptional standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a high-performing team.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor and optimize billing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to uphold facility standards and address operational issues promptly.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Prepare reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and operational metrics for management review.
- Ensure compliance with local hospitality regulations, safety protocols, and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in hotel management, front office, or a similar leadership role in hospitality.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric approach.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and basic accounting software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Bachelorās degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with Baliās tourism industry and cultural nuances is advantageous.
