Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists efficiently to optimize guest flow.
- Coordinate with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure timely and smooth service.
- Provide accurate information about menu offerings, specials, and restaurant policies.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with courtesy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
- Assist in managing large groups, private events, and special occasions.
- Uphold the restaurant’s high standards of service and hospitality at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fine-dining or upscale restaurant environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
