Responsibility

  • Deliver exceptional guest service with a warm, professional, and attentive approach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in all guest-facing and back-of-house areas.
  • Assist in daily operational tasks, including check-ins, reservations, and guest inquiries.
  • Uphold brand standards and company policies in all interactions and service delivery.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Handle guest complaints or issues professionally and efficiently, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with LOMO’s values.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or a related field (fresh graduates with a passion for service are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward guest needs.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shift rotations.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems (e.g., PMS, POS) is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Professional appearance and commitment to service excellence.
  • Willingness to relocate or commute to Uluwatu, Bali (accommodation support may be available for select roles).
