Responsibility
- Lead and inspire a multicultural team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional guest service and operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR, and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and local partners to enhance the hotelâs reputation and community presence.
- Monitor guest feedback and online reviews, implementing improvements to elevate service standards and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with ownership and corporate teams on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Drive sustainability initiatives and innovative guest experiences to differentiate our property in Baliâs competitive market.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (e.g., Assistant Hotel Manager, Front Office Manager, or similar).
- Proven track record in boutique or luxury hospitality, with a passion for delivering personalized guest experiences.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L management, and revenue optimization.
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills, with experience managing multicultural teams.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, or Japanese) are a plus.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera PMS, Cloudbeds, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
