Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily outlet operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers in a competitive market.
- Oversee HR functions, including staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock orders, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to support business growth.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in alignment with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality, retail, or tourism industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
