Responsibility
- Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily hospitality operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance guest experiences and resolve operational challenges.
- Develop and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and service quality.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to maintain high performance and professionalism.
- Manage inventory, budgets, and resource allocation to support cost-effective operations.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with a solution-oriented approach.
- Prepare reports and analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hospitality operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with hospitality management software and tools (e.g., PMS, POS).
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
