Responsibility

  • Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily hospitality operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hospitality operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with hospitality management software and tools (e.g., PMS, POS).
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
