As part of our team, you will ensure that all guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas are immaculately cleaned and well-maintained. Your work will directly enhance guest satisfaction, making their stay memorable in Bali’s most sought-after destinations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

Responsibility
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards.
- Replace bed linens, towels, and amenities, ensuring all supplies are well-stocked.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all surfaces, including floors, furniture, and fixtures.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report any damages or malfunctions promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and use eco-friendly cleaning products where applicable.
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, folding, and ironing linens and guest clothing.
- Maintain a neat and organized storage area for cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Provide friendly and professional interactions with guests when encountered.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a guest-first mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
