Responsibility
- Execute accurate and timely dispatch of food orders to ensure smooth kitchen-to-dining transitions.
- Conduct rigorous quality checks on all outgoing dishes to maintain Le Verre’s high culinary standards.
- Prepare and present cold dishes, salads, and desserts with artistic precision and consistency.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to optimize workflow during peak service hours.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management for cold station ingredients and supplies.
- Adapt to menu changes and special requests with flexibility and professionalism.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by supporting colleagues and sharing best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within hospitality, fine dining, or high-volume restaurants.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Creative flair for plating and presenting cold dishes and desserts.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a multicultural setting.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 15 kg).
- Familiarity with POS systems and order management tools is a plus.
