Responsibility

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a memorable dining experience for guests at our cinema and F&B outlets.
  • Monitor and maintain food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Assist in inventory management, including stock ordering, storage, and rotation to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
  • Support daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and promote upselling of food and beverage items.
  • Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new team members to uphold service excellence and operational standards.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute ideas for improving service delivery and customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field (or pursuing).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or F&B role, preferably in hospitality or entertainment.
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism and adaptability.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (e.g., HACCP, ISO standards).
  • Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
