Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, including verifying reservations and processing payments.
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest stays.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously, escalating issues as needed.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and guest accounts using property management systems.
- Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and ensuring all financial transactions are processed correctly.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk and lobby areas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest service.
- Proficiency in using property management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet operational needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is advantageous.
- Impeccable grooming standards and a professional appearance.
