Responsibility

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, including verifying reservations and processing payments.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest stays.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously, escalating issues as needed.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly.
  • Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and guest accounts using property management systems.
  • Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and ensuring all financial transactions are processed correctly.
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk and lobby areas.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest service.
  • Proficiency in using property management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet operational needs.
