Responsibility
- Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to luxury standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of therapists and staff to maintain high performance and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage inventory of spa products, equipment, and supplies to ensure availability and cost efficiency.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all spa facilities.
- Collaborate with management to set and achieve revenue targets, while maintaining service quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative treatments or services to enhance the spa’s offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in spa management or a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness practices, and luxury service standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet operational demands.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Certification in spa management, hospitality, or a related field is highly desirable.
