Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality, service, and cleanliness (QSC) standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and submit regular performance reports to senior management.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to maintain high service standards.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue streams.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and high-quality food service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams and drive operational excellence.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic financial management.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
