Responsibility

  • Oversee daily resort operations, including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services to ensure flawless execution.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction, occupancy rates, and revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Monitor budget performance, control costs, and optimize resource allocation without compromising quality.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, health/safety standards, and brand policies.
  • Handle guest complaints and special requests with diplomacy, turning challenges into opportunities for service recovery.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the resort through digital channels, partnerships, and events.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, tour operators, and local communities to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in resort/hotel management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, guest satisfaction scores, and financial performance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Balinese, are a plus).
  • Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Deep understanding of luxury hospitality trends, sustainability practices, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
