Responsibility

  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and report any malfunctions immediately.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a high-volume or fine-dining setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in culinary arts.

  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items (up to 20-25 kg).

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
