Responsibility

  • Clean and maintain all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and outdoor spaces, to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
  • Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and free of debris.
  • Replenish supplies such as towels, tissues, and toiletries in public restrooms and common areas.
  • Inspect public spaces regularly for cleanliness and report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces, ensuring they are prepared according to guest expectations.
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols to comply with industry and company standards.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns regarding cleanliness or comfort in public areas.
  • Collaborate with other housekeeping and hotel staff to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, often under time constraints.
  • Excellent physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
