Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that all tables are clean and set up properly before and after each service.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the dining room and service stations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
